We’re all human, and before taking this elopement, I was feeling quite down about my photography progress since moving to Utah. Finding my clientele who choose me for the right reasons, like you choose to work with any service… they do a damn good job, and they offer an excellent experience. I think with a combination of COVID and not believing in myself fully, it took some time to build the “attract what you desire” for my business after the move. Being chosen to photograph this rad couple’s elopement and meet their closest friends and family was an absolute gift. I don’t take being chosen to photograph someone’s wedding lightly. I take it seriously and feel tremendous excitement, honor, and responsibility. Hearing the stories shared at an intimate wedding moved each person present to tears and helped cultivate a bond with what was a stranger. I’ll never stop obsessing over my clients and feeling so proud to say, “yeah, I photographed their wedding” 🥲.
